By downloading or using any Sports Bible Trivia app or game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

About Our Apps

Sports Bible Trivia LLC builds a family of trivia apps — including Baseball Bible Trivia — that combine sports-themed gameplay with biblical trivia for entertainment and spiritual enrichment.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Account

Some apps require you to sign in to play. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some content requires a paid subscription. Where offered, plans are billed monthly or annually and may include a free trial.

• Free trial — You will not be charged during any free trial period. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Billing — Charges are made to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing subscriptions — Go to your Apple ID settings to manage or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given except as required by law.
• Restore purchases — Use the “Restore Purchase” option on the subscription screen if you reinstall an app or switch devices.

Content

Trivia questions are biblical in nature and provided for educational and entertainment purposes. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty as to the completeness or correctness of any content. Content is not intended as formal theological instruction.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute our apps
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass the subscription system
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Bible Trivia LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
